  • Nav-Traffic Function Not Working For ALL Acura Cars

    XM Radio re-arranged their radio stations on 5/8/13. In the process the Nav-Traffic feature diappeared on ALL Acura's. Their Customer Service and Product Support functions are totally useless. The company is depriving hundreds of thousands of paid subscribers the service,without any shame, any communication as to when the situation will be rectified. SiriusXM is a company focused on profits not on Customer Satisfaction. Several car manufacturers -HONDA, BMW, NISSAN- have chosen different alternatives for their Nav-Traffic feature.   • Worst Customer Service

    I just spent an hour and a half on 5 separate calls to XM's "Customer Service". My calls were dropped, and I had to go through a gauntlet to TRY to get to a supervisor. I wanted to get better pricing on my subscription, I won't pay retail prices, and I have had their service since XM got to California. I never got anyone fluent in English, that could explain what they could or cold not do clearly, could help me with my account, or simply do as I ask and send me to a supervisor.   • Felt like an extortion

    During the free 3-month trial in my new car, XM called me and offered a deal to extend the service to 12 months. I accepted, but DID NOT authorize them for an automatic renewal. I was out of the country for six weeks and during that time my 12-mo subscription expired. Upon receiving an invoice, I called to cancel and close my account. THREE more times I received invoices demanding immediate payment of $31.57 and each time I wrote back repeating my cancellation request.   • XM Customer Service STINKS

    Use caution when looking to XM radio for your entertainment needs. They have a good product but if you ever have problems with you bill they are completely impossible to work with. They have given me four different invoices in less than 30 days and still have not resolved the problem. On top of that they charged me $2.00 each time they sent me a different bill. I have had to contact customer service more than six times and have spent HOURS on the phone trying to resolve the problem.   • Customer service and billing review

    Absolutely the WORST customer service ever! They billed me, I never received my signal. I called to get the problem fixed and they gave me a run around, then hung up on me. Really?! I am your paying customer! I was so mad I just decided to let it run out then cancel the service. They sent me another bill. I called to tell them that I wasn't going to pay another three months fee because I never received the signal for the last paid three months.
